Earlier this year, we came together in Goa to celebrate a significant milestone—10 years of CASM. While a few months have passed, the memories and reflections from that celebration remain as meaningful as ever.

For many of our colleagues, the journey was filled with unforgettable firsts—their first flight, their first experience inside an airport, and the opportunity to travel and celebrate together beyond the workplace. The excitement, pride and joy on their faces made the occasion even more special.

For some, it was their first flight. For us, it was a reminder that creating opportunities for our people is one of the most meaningful investments we can make.
