• Coordinate & Book international and domestic travel arrangement for crew members of our clients. Well versed with marine travel rules and regulations
• Ensure all travel bookings align with company policies and client budgets.
• Manage and track travel itineraries, changes, and cancellations.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels and transportation services to secure the best rates and services.
• Maintain and update travel-related records and documentation.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Assist in resolving client issues and handling emergency situations
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
